Ricotta Pie

Filling:
3 lb. ricotta
9 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
juice of 1 lemon

Beat eggs and sugar and juice, then add ricotta. You can beat in mixer at low speed until smooth.

Crust:
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup melted Crisco
Beat together: 3 eggs and 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix together and pat into 13"x9" pan. Pour in filling and bake at 325 degrees until filling is set and crust is brown.
