1 cup buttermilk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried chives
Put mayo in bowl and whisk in buttermilk a little at a time. Add dry ingredients. If you need to make your own buttermilk, add 1 tbs. of vinegar or lemon juice per cup of milk, let stand five minutes before using.
