1/4 cup Crisco
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups blueberries
Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Mix with spoon 3/4 cup sugar, shortening and egg. Stir in milk, baking powder and salt. Fold in blueberries. Spread in greased 8" pan. Crumble topping mix on top. Bake 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
