2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie filling (cherry or blueberry)
Place 1 vanilla wafter in each muffin cup. Blend all ingredients except pie filling. Pour filling over wafer to 3/4 full. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Spoon pie filling over each tart.
