Cherry Cheese Pie

Pie filling:

8 oz. cream cheese
8 tbs. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 can evaporated milk
3 tbs. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare unbaked pie crust and spread pie filling over bottom. Cream sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add flour, eggs, evaporated milk and vanilla. Pour cheese mixture slowly over cherry pie filling. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake 1 hour.

Water whip pie crust (2 crust)
3/4 cup plus 2 tbs. Spry
1/4 cup boiling water
1 tbs. milk
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt

In a small bowl, pour boiling water over Spry. Add remaining ingredients and work with your hands (not too much) until combined and smooth. Roll into a ball and refrigerate. Even better if you can freeze it for a while.
