1 cup evaporated milk
powdered sugar
flour
3 lb. can Crisco
Separate eggs and beat yolks (save egg whites for something else). Beat in evaporated milk, and then begin adding flour until smooth and roll out very thin. We use a pasta machine. Cut the dough into long strips approximately 2 1/2" wide. Then cut strips on a diagonal into a triangle. Slit the center of each triangle, pull tip of triangle through the front of the slit to the back. Fry in hot Crisco, turning only once. Drain on paper towels. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
