Double roll of cookie dough
1 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 tbs. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
Cut cookie roll into 36 slices. Put 18 cookies - 3 rows of 6 - in bottom of 13" x 9" pan. Pour filling over and then top with remaining 18 cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Check after 20 minutes. Make sure they're fully cooled before cutting.
