Pistachio Ambrosia

1 16 oz. can chunk pineapple
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 small package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup chopped nuts - walnuts or pecans
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup mini-marshmallows
1 16 oz. container non-dairy whipped topping (thawed)

Mix pineapple with al the liquid together - sprinkle pudding mix on top. Let this stand for 5 minutes. Then add nuts and coconut to pineapple-pudding mix. Blend in whipped topping and marshmallows. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serves 12.
