Chicken Stew
Boil chicken in water with onions, celery, carrots, salt, pepper, oregano and parsley until it falls off the bone. Remove chicken and when cool, take it off the bone. Thicken gravy to taste. Flour or corn starch in water. Pour over potatoes, rice or noodles. Don't ever add flour mixture to anything boiling since this causes lumps.
