1 orange, quartered, with skin
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups 10x sugar
Finely chop cranberries and orange, including peel. Place fruit and juice in pan and stir in 1 1/2 cups sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and cool. Add chopped nuts. Into a small bowl of sugar, drop small spoonfuls of mixture. In palms of hand, roll into walnut size. Allow to dry and store in container.
